子宫动脉栓塞术联合全程优质护理在妇产科急诊出血患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞术（UAE）联合全程优质护理在妇产科急诊出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年3月～2018年11月我院妇产科收治的60例出血急诊患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（30例）和观察组（30例）。对照组采用保守治疗和常规护理，观察组采用急诊行UAE与全程优质护理。比较治疗后两组的相关观察指标以及临床治疗结局。结果观察组的发热时间和阴道流血时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的子宫切除率显著低于对照组，彻底止血率显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论经股动脉穿刺插管行双侧UAE治疗妇产科急诊出血患者效果显著，能够有效止血，缩短患者阴道流血时间，同时加强相关护理工作，能够改善其预后水平。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of uterine artery embolization （UAE） combined with whole-course highquality nursing in patients with emergency obstetric and gynecological bleeding.Methods A total of 60 emergency patients with hemorrhage admitted to Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in our hospital from March 2013 to November 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group (30 cases)and observation group (30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conservative treatment and routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with UAE and whole course quality nursing.Relevant observation indexes and clinical outcome of two groups after treatment were compared.Results The fever time and vaginal bleeding time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05）;the hysterectomy rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the complete hemostasis rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05）.Conclusion Bilateral UAE via femoral artery puncture and intubation is effective in the treatment of emergency obstetric and gynecological hemorrhage,which can effectively stop bleeding,shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,and strengthen the related nursing work,and improve the prognosis level.
