Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect and safety of endoscopic precision esophagogastric varices in the diagnosis of esophagogastric varices bleeding. Methods Sixty patients with esophageal varices bleeding from January 2016 to August 2017 treated in our hospital were selected as the subjcts, and divided into study group (n=30)and control group (n=30)by random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional sequential injection, and the study group underwent endoscopic precision esophagogastric varices. The treatment status of the two groups(treatment time, blood loss during treatment, hospitalization time),treatment effect, and complication rate were counted. Results There was no significant difference in the treatment time, blood loss and hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 86.67%(26/30),which was higher than the control group for 63.33% (19/30)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic precision esophagogastric varices surgery for esophageal and gastric varices bleeding can effectively improve the overall treatment of the disease, and the incidence of complications is no different from traditional treatment.
