Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic curettage and traditional curettage in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 97 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were divided into control group (n=45) and experimental group (n=52) according to different treatment order.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional curettage, while patients in the experimental group were treated with hysteroscopic curettage. The total effective rate of clinical treatment, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, total hospitalization time, menstrual recovery time, complications and recurrence were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the operation time was longer than that in the control group, the menstrual recovery time was shorter than that in the control group, the complication rate and recurrence rate were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and total hospitalization time of the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional curettage, hysteroscopic curettage has significant clinical effect on the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding, which can not only improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate, but also shorten the menstrual recovery time, and is worthy of application and promotion.
