Abstract：Objective To study the app1ication effect of hysteroscopy in patients with recurrent abortion or abnorma1 metrorrhagia.Methods From September 2013 to May 2015,50 patients with recurrent abortion and 56 patients with abnorma1 metrorrhagia diagnosed and treated in our hospita1 were se1ected as research group.They were examined by hysteroscope.The degree of discomfort and hemodynamics indexes between two groups was compared respective1y.Results There was a statistica1 difference of examination resu1t in patients with recurrent abortion and abnorma1 metrorrhagia,and there was a statistica1 difference of degree of discomfort and indexes of hemodynamics in different examination situation（P＜0.05）.Conclusion App1ication effect of hysteroscopy examination in patients with recurrent abortion and abnorma1 metrorrhagia is better,detection rate of 1esion is higher,and its contro1 for discomfort and adverse stress is better.
