Abstract:Recurrent abortion is generally refers to with the same mate in 20 pregnant weeks ago continuous 2 times or more than 2 times of spontaneous abortion,is one of the most common complications of pregnancy.Etiology mainly includes the chromosomes,anatomical structure,endocrine,infection,genetic factors,immune factors and thrombosis before state,but close to 50%-80%the patients with recurrent abortion etiology has not been clear,now think more unexplained RSA is closely related to immune factors.This article through to the mechanism of immune factors and treatment progress were reviewed,provide new way for the treatment of URSA.
