Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)combined with Zishen Yutai pills in treatment of recurrent abortion with positive anticardiolipin antibody. Methods 172 patients with recurrent abortion with positive anticardiolipin antibody treated in our hospital from August 2012 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group with 86 cases.Patients in the control group were treated by aspirin combined with prednisone, while patients in the observation group were treated by LMWH combined with Zishen Yutai pill.Indexes such as medication duration, live birth rate, antibody clearance rate, etc.of both groups were observed. Results The medication duration was significantly shorter in the observation group (179.5±12.8)d than that of control group(288.6±14.5)d,with significant difference(P<0.05).The live birth rate and antibody clearance rate were significantly higher in the observation group (91.9%and 79.1%)than that of control group (65.1%and 37.2%),with significant difference(P<0.05).There were only 3 cases(3.5%)of adverse reaction in observation group, which was significantly fewer than that of control group(15cases,17.4%)(P<0.05).Conclusion LMWH combined with Zishen Yutai pills in treatment of recurrent abortion with positive anticardiolipin antibody can shorten the medication duration, improve the pregnancy outcome, and increase the antibody clearance rate.
