Abstract:Objective To explore the preventive effect of quality control circle(QCC)on subcutaneous hemorrhage after injection of Low Molecular Heparin Sodium under the abdominal wall. Methods 95 patients injected Low Molecular Heparin Sodium under the abdominal wall in department of cardiovascular medicine of our hospital from September to October 2016 were chosen as study object after the establishment of QCC,while another 95 patients injected Low Molecular Heparin Sodium under the abdominal wall from April to May 2016 were chosen as control before the establishment of QCC.The rate of subcutaneous hemorrhage and main cause of hemorrhage in patients before and after the establishment of QCC were compared between the two groups. Results After QCC activity, the rate of subcutaneous hemorrhage was reduced from 42.0%to 11.6%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main cause of subcutaneous hemorrhage were changed from no front air when injected, the wrong way to picke up the injected skin, and the incorrect operation of pull into and out the needle to no front air when injected, the wrong method to pick up the skin. Conclusion Quality management tool of QCC can effectively reduce the rate of subcutaneous hemorrhage after injected Low Molecular Heparin Sodium under the abdominal wall, improve the initiative and ability of nurses to solve the problems in clinical work, and strengthen the cooperation and communication between doctors and nurses.
