Abstract:Objective To analyze the feasibility and safety of vaginal delivery in the pregnancy of scar uterus. Methods The clinical data of 200 maternal women admitted to ourhospital from July to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different modes of delivery, the patients were divided into study group (n=100) and the control group (n=100).In the study group, vaginal delivery was used, while in the control group, patients with scar uterus underwent caesarean section delivery. The maternal prognosis, postpartum hemorrhage, incidence of puerperal infection and neonatal prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The bleeding volume of the study group was(151.54±29.79) ml, less than that of the control group ([296.90±74.25]ml).The hospitalization time was (3.05±0.60) d in the study group, shorter than that of the control group ([7.19±0.59]d).The hospitalization cost was (2962.27±460.45) yuan in the study group, lower than that of the control group ([5526.42±420.70]yuan), with statistical differerces (P<0.05).There was no uterine rupture in the two groups. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was 4%and the incidence of puerperal infection was 0%, which were lower than those of the control group of 12% and 5% (P<0.05).The Apgar scores of the newborns and neonatal weight in the study and control groups were (9.22±0.60) and(9.36±0.67) points, and (3322.39±201.05) and (3382.09±246.93) g.The incidence of neonatal wet lung was 0% and 2%in the two groups, without statistical differences (P>0.05).Conclusion Reasonable grasp of indications, vaginal delivery in pregnant women with scar uterus is feasible and safe, and the effect of postpartum recovery is remarkable.
