Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Bifidobacteria Triple Viable Bacteria combined with warm saline enema in thetreatment of feeding intolerance of premature infants. Methods A total of 84 cases of premature infants with feeding intolerance admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as study subjects, and were divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases)according to the random number table. The control group was treated with Bifidobacteria Triple Viable Bacteria method, while the observation group was treated with Bifidobacteria Triple Viable Bacteria combined with warm saline enema method. After treatment, feeding intolerance, gestational defecation age, weight gain,full-milk feeding age and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of feeding intolerance in the observation group at 72 hours and 15 days after birth were lower than those in the control group;the age at the end of defecation and the day of full milk feeding in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;the growth of body weight in the observation group after birth was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Bifidobacteria Triple Viable Bacteria combined with warm saline enema in preterm infants with feeding intolerance is conducive to improving the situation of feeding intolerance, shortening the time of defecation and feeding time of milk volume, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
