黄体酮联合地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产的效果

摘要目的探讨黄体酮联合地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产的效果。方法选取本院2018年7月～2019年7月收治的60例先兆流产患者作为研究对象，按照奇偶分组法分为参照组（30 例）与观察组（30 例）。参照组采用黄体酮治疗，观察组采用黄体酮联合地屈孕酮治疗。比较两组的人绒毛膜促性腺激素及孕酮水平、症状缓解以及消失时间、临床疗效、不良反应情况。结果经治疗后，两组的人绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮水平均高于治疗前，且观察组的人绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮水平高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的症状缓解、消失时间均短于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的临床治疗总有效率（96.67%）高于参照组（76.67%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论黄体酮联合地屈孕酮用于治疗先兆流产患者，可改善人绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮水平，缩短症状缓解时间以及症状消失时间，且不良反应少，临床效率较高，对病情的康复具有促进作用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Progesterone combined with Dydrogesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods Sixty patients with threatened abortion admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into a reference group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases)according to the odd-even group method.The reference group was treated with Progesterone.The observation group was treated with Progesterone combined with Dydrogesterone.The human chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone levels,symptom relief and disappearance time,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The symptom relief and disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the reference group(76.67%).The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Progesterone combined with Dydrogesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion patients,can improve human chorionic gonadotropin,progesterone levels,shorten the time to symptom relief and the disappearance of symptoms,with less adverse reactions,higher clinical efficiency,rehabilitation of the disease promote.
