协同护理管理模式对甲状腺功能亢进症患者医学知识掌握、心理及睡眠质量的影响

摘要目的探讨协同护理管理模式对甲状腺功能亢进症患者医学知识掌握、心理及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2018年5月～2019年4月在我院治疗的90例甲状腺功能亢进症患者作为护理管理对象，采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各45例。对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组采取协同护理管理护理干预。护理后，从患者医学知识掌握情况、心理情况和患者睡眠等方面比较护理效果。结果护理后，观察组医学知识掌握情况评分高于对照组，心理情况和睡眠质量情况评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论协同护理管理模式有效丰富了甲状腺功能亢进症患者医学知识，改善了心理焦虑、抑郁和睡眠质量不佳等问题，效果显著。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing management model on the mastery of medical knowledge，psychology and quality of sleep in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 90 patients with hyperthyroidism who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 were selected as nursing management objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,52 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursingmethod，the observation group was given collaborative nursing management for nursing intervention.After nursing,from the patients′medical knowledge,psychological situation and sleep were compared nursing effect.Results After nursing，the scores of medical knowledge governs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，and the scores of psychological condition and quality of sleep were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The collaborative nursing managementmodel,effectively enriches themedical knowledge of patients with hyperthyroidism，improves psychological anxiety,depression and poor sleep quality and other problems,the effect is significant.
