Application effect of comfortable nursing in single-port laparoscopic gynecological surgery

Abstract：Objective To explore application effect of comfortable nursing in single-port laparoscopic gynecological surgery.Methods A total of 60 patientswho underwent single-port laparoscopic gynecological surgery in Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group was given routine nursing.On this basis,observation group was given comfortable nursing.Hemodynamic indexes,degree of anxiety and depression,score of visual analogue scale(VAS),and total incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before anesthesia,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate of observation group were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).After nursing intervention,scores of anxiety and depression degree in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).At 3 and 7 d after surgery,VAS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).The tatal incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(10.00%vs.33.33%）,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of single-port laparoscopic gynecological surgery combined with comfortable nursing is significant.It can not only regulate hemodynamic indexes of patients,but also reduce degree of anxiety and depression.
