Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with nephropathy syndrome(NS).Methods Fifty children with NS treated in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25)according to random number table method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing and the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect and total satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the score of nursing quality was higher than that in the control group,and the awareness rate of health knowledge was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96%,which was higher than that of the control group(76%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with NS can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the nursing quality of nurses,the awareness rate of patients′health knowledge and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
