Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period of inguinal hernia in children.Methods Clinical data of 50 pediatric inguinal hernia patients admitted from March 2018 to September were selected and divided into observation group (n=25) and control group (n=25) according to different nursing methods.The children in the control group was given routine nursing mode for intervention.The children in the observation group was given comprehensive nursing mode for intervention.The postoperative time of leaving bed and hospitalization,postoperative pain,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The time of leaving bed and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The degree of postoperative pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group (4.00%) was lower than that in the control group (28.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total postoperative nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group (76.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period of pediatric inguinal hernia is beneficial to reduce the incidence of pain and complications,shorten the hospitalization,improve the family′s satisfaction with nursing services,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
