Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of detail management in pediatric nursing management.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,140 hospitalization children in our hospital were selected as the subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,70 cases in each group.Routine nursing management was performed in the control group,the observation group implemented detail management.The two groups of nursing adverse events,nursing disputes,nursing errors,complications and total nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The incidence of adverse events,nurse-patient disputes,complications and nursing errors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The detail management of nursing management in pediatrics makes the effect of nursing management prominent,nursing adverse events,nursing errors,the incidence of complications and nursing disputes significantly reduced.The satisfaction of family members to nursing has been improved,and detail nursing is an ideal way of pediatric nursing management,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
