Abstract:Objective To explore the application of specialist nursing quality index in common digestive diseases.Methods A total of 100 patients with esophageal and gastric varices bleeding,peptic ulcer bleeding and colorectal adenoma polyps in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study.All patients were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to admission time.Patients in control group received routine nursing,while patients in observation group received specialist nursing quality index-oriented nursing measures on this basis.The data of specialist nursing quality indicators in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After different strategies and nursing measures,the six dimensions of drug use accuracy,intestinal evaluation accuracy,enteroscopy nursing record accuracy,doctor-patient satisfaction,patients′knowledge of enteroscopy and the rate of achieving the standard of intestinal cleanliness under endoscopy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with esophageal and gastric varices bleeding,peptic ulcer bleeding and colorectal adenoma polyps,the quality indicators of specialized nursing formulated and implemented is significant to improve the quality of nursing in digestive medicine and the prognosis of patients.
