分层次管理法在手术室护理管理中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨分层次管理法在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2016年9月～2017年1月我院的56例行常规手术室护理管理患者作为对照组，选择2017年6月～2018年1月实施手术室分层次管理后的56例患者作为观察组。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的护理总满意度、护理质量评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的取物所需时间、补物所需时间明显短于对照组，空气细菌检测指标显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论分层次管理法在手术室护理管理中的应用效果显著，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective to explore the application effect of hierarchical management method in operating room nursing management.Methods A total of 56 patients with routine operating room nursing management in our hospital from September 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the control group,and 56 patients with hierarchical operating room management from June 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing satisfaction and scores of nursing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The times required for collection and supplementation in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the detection index of air bacteria was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical management method in operating room nursing management is significant and worth popularizing.
