标准作业程序对手术室低年资护士应对手术意外能力和整体素质的影响

摘要目的探讨标准作业程序对手术室低年资护士应对手术意外能力和整体素质的影响。方法选取2017年4月～2018年4月我院的28 名手术室低年资护士作为研究对象，以标准作业程序为标准性文件，对其进行专项培训管理以提高其应对手术意外的能力。比较培训前后手术室低年资护士应对手术意外的能力、实际参与应对手术意外情况。结果培训后手术室低年资护士的理论知识、手术室基础操作、病情观察、麻醉配合、组织急救评分均高于培训前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；培训后的手术室低年资护士手术用具添加次数少于培训前、人员到位时间和急救设备到位时间短于培训前，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论制定用以应对手术意外事件的标准作业程序，在此基础上对手术室低年资护士进行培训，可以在很大程度上帮助低年资护士应对手术意外情况的发生，使护士可以按照一定的程序处理紧急情况，为手术医生提供必要的护理支持，对于其整体素质也有明显的提高作用，从而保障了患者的生命安全，值得临床借鉴和推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of standard operating procedures on the ability and overall quality of junior nurses in operating room to cope with surgical accidents.Methods A total of 28 junior nurses in the operating room of our hospital From April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects, the standard operating procedures were used as the standard documents, special training and management were carried out to improve their ability to cope with surgical accidents.The ability of junior nurses in operating room to cope with surgical accidents and their actual participation in coping with surgical accidents before and after training were compared.Results After training, the theoretical knowledge, basic operation, condition observation, anesthesia cooperation and organizational first aid scores of junior nurses in operating room were higher than those before training, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After training, the number of surgical instruments added by junior nurses in operating room was less than that before training, the time of personnel arrival and the time of emergency equipment arrival were shorter than that before training, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion The establishment of standard operating procedures for dealing with surgical accidents and the training of junior nurses in the operating room on this basis can greatly help junior nurses cope with the occurrence of surgical accidents, enable nurses to deal with emergencies according to certain procedures, provide necessary nursing support for surgeons, and significantly improve their overall quality.Thus, the patient's life safety is guaranteed, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
