Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of bundled airway nursing in patients with mechanical ventilation after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods One hundred patients with mechanical ventilation after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 were selected as research objects,they were divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) according to the different admission order.The observation group was given intensive airway nursing, while the control group was given routine nursing.The mechanical ventilation time, ICU stay time, anxiety and depression scores, and the total incidence of nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion After the operation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, the mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay time of the patients can be shortened, the negative emotions of the patients can be improved, and the risk of adverse events can be reduced.It is worthy of clinical application.
