Abstract:Objective To analyze the influencing factors of quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis C in order to provide references for the optimization of treatment regimens. Methods A total of 536 patients with chronic hepatitis C (including 7 cases of shedding) in Hongqi hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with the same antiviral regimen. Before and after treatment, the quality of life of the patients was evaluated by using the health status survey, and the data such as gender and educational level of the patients were investigated and collected to analyze the influencing factors. Results The results of univariate analysis indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the education level, monthly economic income, hobbies, marital status and residence status between the group with good quality of life and the group with poor quality of life (P<0.05).The results of Logistic multivariate analysis indicate that education level (β=2.372, OR=12.125, 95%CI 5.125-33.256), monthly economic income (β=1.050, OR=2.851, 95%CI 1.358-7.226), hobbies (β=2.376, OR=14.265, 95%CI 4.568-31.265), marital status (β=2.595, OR=15.233, 95%CI 4.215-30.235) and living conditions (β=2.602, OR=15.389, 95%CI 4.189-33.358) were related factors affecting the quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis C (P<0.05).Conclusion The factors influencing the quality of life of patients with hepatitis C are complex, mainly including education level, monthly economic income, hobbies, marital status and living conditions, etc.It is suggested that doctors should pay attention to the above factors to further improve the rehabilitation effect of patients.
