Abstract：Objective To analyze the knowledge, attitude and behavior status of breast health care of women in physical examination in our hospital.Methods A total of 50 women who were examined in our hospital from February 10,2018 to January 1, 2019 were selected for investigation.The breast health care knowledge, ways to get, attitude and behavior status of the women were analyzed.Results There was significant difference in the knowledge of breast health care among women of different ages (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the knowledge of breast health among women with different educational background, marital status and lactation history (P＞0.05).The main way to obtain breast health knowledge of 50 physical examination women was from television, accounting for 60.00%, followed by internet (52.00%), newspapers (48.00%), doctors (36.00%), books (18.00%), family members or friends (18.00%).Among 50 medical examinations women, the scores of breast health knowledge and attitude were (9.21±0.15) points and(8.23±1.27) points.About 60% of women never paid attention to their breasts.24% of women didn′t fully know the breast care knowledge.16% of women knew that breast discomfort was closely related to their own menstrual cycle.Among the 50 women, only 10 women did self-examinations on their breast, accounting for 20.00%.Conclusion Women for physical examinations have low levels of knowledge about breasts.It is necessary to enhance the publicity of breast knowledge, and focus on disease health education, strengthen the self examination behavior of female mammary gland,so as to prevent the occurrence of breast cancer.
