Abstract:Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods Clinical data of 23 patients with deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and defined as observation group.During the same period,23 healthy people were selected as the control group. Both groups were examined by color Doppler ultrasound, the "gold standard" for the diagnosis of venous thrombosis of lower extremities with the result of venography. The inner diameters of the lower limb veins(bilateral common femoral vein[CFV],superficial femoral vein[SFV],popliteal vein[POV],posterior tibial vein[PTV],and medial sural vein[MGV])of the two groups were observed and compared. The color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)values of CFV,SFV and POV were compared. The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of the observation group were recorded.Venous blood flows(systolic peak velocity, enddiastolic velocity, and resistance index)of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The diameters of CFV,SFV,POV,PTV and MGV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).CDFI values of CFV,SFV and POV in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of the observation group were 91.30% and 90.91% respectively. The systolic peak velocity and end-diastolic velocity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the resistance index was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is effective in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities. It can detect the lower extremity venous diameter index and CDFI values, and has high diagnosis accuracy and sensitivity, which can provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and subsequent treament which is suitable for popularization.
