Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of gastroscopic biopsy and postoperative pathology in the diagnosisof gastric cancer. Methods Sixty patients with gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 toMarch 2019 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were diagnosed by postoperative pathology and underwentgastroscopy before surgery. The diagnosis of gastroscopic biopsy and postoperative pathology was performed. The accuracy, the pathological type of gastric cancer and the diagnosis of gastric cancer differentiation were compared and analyzed. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of postoperative pathology in the diagnosis of gastric cancer reached 100.00%,and the diagnostic coincidence rate of preoperative gastroscopy biopsy in the diagnosis of gastric cancer was 86.67%(52/60), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the diagnosis of different pathological types, there were significantdifferences in the detection rate of preoperative gastroscopy biopsy and postoperative pathology in tubular adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma, papillary adenocarcinoma, signet ring cell carcinoma (P<0.05). The detection rateof preoperative gastroscopy biopsy on the differentiation type was lower than the postoperative pathology, and the differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer, gastroscopy biopsycan provide a certain reference for the diagnosis of diseases, but the reference value is limited and can be used for theprevention and diagnosis of early gastric cancer. In order to make a definite diagnosis of the disease, it is still necessaryto synthesize the surgical pathology, combine the postoperative pathology results with the gastroscope biopsy results, reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis to the greatest extent, improve the accuracy of early diagnosisof gastric cancer, and make timely treatment plans, thus improving the quality of life of gastric cancer patients.
