Abstract:Objective To analyze the present situation of prenatal maternal stress in women with advanced threatened abortion, and to explore its effect on fetal protection. Methods A total of 166 pregnant women with threatened abortion outpatient department of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the study group,100 pregnant women with normal pregnancy of 12-28 weeks were selected as the control group. In this study, the scores of general data,Chinese version of perceived stress scale (CPSS),self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS) and life events during pregnancy questionnaire (PLQ) were compared between the two groups.Multivariate Logistic analysis was used to analyze the effect of health risk stress (HRS) on the outcome of threatened abortion. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in age, gestational age, family income, education level, working status and SDS scores (P>0.05).The scores of CPSS,HRS and SAS in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that HRS (β=2.506,OR=12.254,95%CI: 1.762-85.226) was an independent risk factor of late abortion failure (P<0.05).The study groups′ interpersonal relationship, work pressure, husbands′ work score and PLQ total score were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The prenatal maternal stress of the pregnant women with advanced threatened abortion is significantly higher than that of the pregnant women at the same stage, and the pregnant women with HRS are more likely to have advanced threatened abortion.
