Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy on endocrine and sexual function in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine enlargement over 10 gestational weeks who were needed hystero myomectomy from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.Conventional laparotomy was performed in the control group,and laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy was performed in the observation group.Then the recurrence of hysteromyoma and natural pregnancy rate,sexual function and sex hormone levels in the two groups one year after operation were compared.Results The natural pregnancy rate 1 year after operation was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).1 year after operation,the sub-item scores and total scores of female sexual quality of life standard scale(FSFI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).On the second day of menstruation one year after operation,the level of serum estradiol(E2)in the observation group was higher than control group,and the level of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy for hysteromyoma can effectively promote postoperative pregnancy,improve sexual function and promote the recovery of sex hormone levels.
