Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of laparoscopic para-aortic lymphadenectomy in patients with gynecologic malignant tumors. Methods Forty patients with gynecologic malignant tumors treated in Huadu Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University from October 2013 to October 2017 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into the laparoscope group(n=20)and the laparotomy group(n=20)by random number table method. The perioperative status, complications and treatment effect between the two groups were compared. Results The hospitalization time, operation time and postoperative exhaust time of patients in laparoscopic group were shorter than those in laparotomy group, the number of lymphadenectomy wasmore than that in open group, and the amount of bleeding was less than that in laparotomy group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of laparoscopic group was 25.00%,lower than that of the laparotomy group(60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One year follow-up,the survival rate of laparoscopic group was 95.00%,compared with 80.00%of the laparotomy group, the differencewas not statistically significant(P>0.05).The lymph nodemetastasis rate of laparoscopic group was 5.00%,lower than 30.00%of the laparotomy group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic para-aortic lymphadenectomy for the treatment of patients with gynecologic malignant tumors can remarkably improve the perioperative treatment and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
