Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the nursing effect of asphyxia neonatal asphyxia resuscitation. Methods From January 2014 to December 2016, 198 neonates were randomly selected from our hospital for suffocation resuscitation. The stratified randomization method was used, from January 2014 to December 2015, the neonates with asphyxia were used as the control group (103 cases), the neonates with asphyxia from January to December 2016 were used as the experimental group (95 cases), the control group was treated with routine nursing, and the experimental group was given based on evidence care methods. The Apgar score, the improvement of arterial blood gas index and the evaluation results of nursing service were compared between the two groups. Results The 1 and 5 minutes Apgar scores of the children in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The PaO2 of the two groups was higher after nursing than that before the nursing. The PaCO2 level was lower than that before the nursing, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the nursing, the PaO2 level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the PaCO2 level was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in obstetrics can provide timely and effective nursing interventions, which can improve the timeliness and effectiveness of neonatal asphyxia resuscitation.
