Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of Pituitrin+Quill barbed thread+baseball suture in laparoscopic uterine myomectomy. Methods Altogether 92 patients who underwent laparoscopic uterine myomectomy in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Pituitrin+conventional microtrellis thread+traditional suture method, and the treatment group was treated with Pituitrin+Quill barbed thread+baseball suture method. The intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative pelvic drainage volume, complications, total operation time, tumor cavity and wound suture time, postoperative drainage time, postoperative hospitalization time, and satisfaction with the surgical hemostasis program of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative pelvic drainage volume in the treatment group were less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of complications in the treatment group was 4.3%(2/46),which was lower than that in the control group accounting for 21.7%(10/46),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total operation time, tumor cavity and wound suture time, postoperative drainage time and postoperative hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the surgical hemostasis program was 93.5%in the treatment group, which was higher than that in the control group(78.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pituitrin+Quill barbed thread+baseball suture in the treatment of laparoscopic uterine myomectomy can reduce the amount of bleeding during operation and postoperative pelvic drainage, shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time, reduce the rate of complications and improve satisfaction of patients.
