Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of predictive nursing on adverse reactions of vaccination and family satisfaction of parents.Methods 400 children underwent vaccination in our community health service center from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,200 cases in each group.The control group was given common nursing,and the observation group was given predictive nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence rate of adverse reactions and the degree of family satisfaction of parents between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(2.0%vs 6.5%),with significant difference(P<0.05).The degree of family satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(95.5%vs 89.0%),with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction in children′s vaccination,improve the degree of family satisfaction of parents,and reduce the risk of the doctor-patient conflicts,it is worthy of clinic promotion and application.
