预见性护理对儿童预防接种不良反应及家属满意度的影响研究

摘要目的探讨预见性护理对儿童预防接种不良反应及家属满意度的影响。方法选取2015年6月～2016年6月在我院社康中心预防接种的400例儿童作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，各200例。对照组采用常规护理方案，观察组在对照组的基础上给予预见性护理方案。比较两组预防接种后的不良反应发生率及家属满意度。结果观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组（2.0%vs 6.5%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的家长满意度显著高于对照组（95.5%vs 89.0%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论预见性护理干预方案能够降低儿童预防接种过程中的不良反应发生率，同时可提高家长满意度，降低医患矛盾风险，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of predictive nursing on adverse reactions of vaccination and family satisfaction of parents.Methods 400 children underwent vaccination in our community health service center from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,200 cases in each group.The control group was given common nursing,and the observation group was given predictive nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence rate of adverse reactions and the degree of family satisfaction of parents between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(2.0%vs 6.5%),with significant difference(P＜0.05).The degree of family satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(95.5%vs 89.0%),with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction in children′s vaccination,improve the degree of family satisfaction of parents,and reduce the risk of the doctor-patient conflicts,it is worthy of clinic promotion and application.
