护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭行血液透析患者生存质量的影响

摘要

目的探讨护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者生存质量的影响。方法选取2013年1月～2015年12月在我院进行血液透析治疗的60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者作为研究对象，对患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结分析，对其治疗过程中实施的护理干预措施进行总结，比较干预前后患者的生存质量评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分。结果干预后的生存质量各项评分以及总评分显著高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后的焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在慢性肾功能衰竭患者进行血液透析的过程中，通过对患者实施有针对性的护理干预措施，可有效提高患者的生存质量，还能有效改善患者的心理状态。

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 60 cases of chronic renal failure patients with hemodialysis in the hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the research object,the clinical date of the patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized,the nursing intervention measures in the course of treatment were summarized.The life quality score,anxiety score,depression score were compared before and after intervention.Results The each score of quality of life and the total score after intervention was higher than that before intervention,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression after intervention was lower than that before intervention,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing intervention measures in patients with chronic renal failure during hemodialysis not only can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,but also effectively improve the patient′s mental state.
