Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing concept in patients received radical resection of lung cancer. Methods 90 patients received radical resection of lung cancer from September 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=45)and the observation group(n=45). Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing mode, while patients in the observation group were treated with high-quality care. The incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of patients between two groups were compared. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(8.88%)was lower than that in the control group(26.66%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.8649,P=0.0274).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group(95.55%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.0748,P=0.0242).Conclusion The patients with radical resection for lung cancer can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve nursing satisfaction.Nursing work is fully affirmed and has clinical value.
