显微外科手术治疗脑动静脉畸形出血的效果

摘要目的探讨显微外科手术治疗脑动静脉畸形（AVM）出血的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2013年10月～2018年10月我院收治的80 例脑AVM 出血患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法不同分为观察组（n=40）和对照组（n=40），观察组采用显微外科手术治疗，对照组采用血管内栓塞进行治疗。比较两组血管团清除情况、术后并发症发生率及预后情况。结果观察组治愈率为97.50%，高于对照组的75.00%（P＜0.05）；两组并发症总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组预后良好率为92.50%，高于对照组的72.50%（P＜0.05）。结论显微外科手术是治疗脑AVM 出血安全、有效的方法，临床应根据病情选择合适的显微镜外科手术方式。

Abstract：Objective To discuss the effect of microsurgery in the treatment of cerebral arteriovenous malformation(AVM) hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with cerebral AVM hemorrhage who were admitted to the hospital from October 2013 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into observation group(n=40) and control group (n=40) according to different treatment methods.The observation group was given microsurgery, while control group was treated by endovascular embolization.The clearance of vascular mass, incidence of postoperative complications and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (97.50% vs.75.00%) (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of complications between the two groups (P＞0.05).The good prognosis rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (92.50% vs.72.50%) (P＜0.05).Conclusion Microsurgery is a safe and effective method for treatment of cerebral AVM hemorrhage.The appropriate microsurgery method should be selected according to the condition clinically.
