运动康复护理结合居家自我护理对老年慢性心衰患者自护能力、生活质量的影响

摘要目的探究运动康复护理结合居家自我护理对老年慢性心衰患者自护能力、生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年9月—2020年5月沈阳医学院附属第二医院收治的200 例老年慢性心衰患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（100 例）与观察组（100 例）。对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组采用运动康复护理结合居家自我护理方法。比较两组的自我护理能力、生活质量、心功能指标。结果护理前两组的左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左室收缩末期内径（LVESD）水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后两组的LVEDD、LVESD 低于护理前，LVEF 高于护理前，且观察组护理后的LVESD 低于对照组，观察组护理后的LVEDD、LVEF 高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。护理前，两组的护理能力量表（ESCA）评分、生活质量量表（SF-36）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后两组的ESCA、SF-36 评分高于护理前，且观察组护理后的ESCA、SF-36 评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对该疾病患者实施运动康复护理结合居家自我护理有良好应用效果，可有效提高患者自护能力及生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of sports rehabilitation nursing combined with home self-care on self-care ability and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 200 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from September 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(100 cases)and the observation group(100 cases)according to random number table method,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given exercise rehabilitation nursing combined with home self-nursing.The self-care ability,quality of life and cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)between two groups were compared，the differences had no statistical significance(P＞0.05); after nursing,LVEDD,LVESD in two groups were lower than before nursing,the LVEF in two groups were higher than before nursing,LVEF,LVEDD of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,LVESD of the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,the scores of nursing competency scale(ESCA)and quality of life scale(SF-36)in the two groups were compared,the differences had no statistical significance(P＞0.05);after nursing,the scores of ESCA and SF-36 in the two groups were higher than before nursing,the scores of ESCA and SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation nursing combined with home self-care has a good effect on improving the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with the disease.
