Objective To explore the effect of neurorehabilitation nursing on the recovery of neurological and motor functions and quality of life in patients with stroke. Methods From August 2017 to August 2019,240 patients with stroke admitted to Guangdong Work Injury Rehabilitation Hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the research group and the control group according to random number table method,120 cases in each group. The control group used conventional rehabilitation nursing intervention, and the research group used neurorehabilitation nursing intervention.neurologic impairment scale (NDF) score and Fugl-Meyer score were used to evaluate the neurological and motor functions of patients before and after care in each group. The quality of life rating scale(GQOL-74) was used to evaluate the quality of life in two groups after care. Results There were no significant difference in NDF score and Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups of patients before nursing (P>0.05);after nursing, the NDF score of the two groups were lower than before nursing, and the Fugl-Meyer score were higher than before nursing, the NDF score of the study group was lower than the control group, and the Fugl-Meyer score was higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);After nursing,he physical, psychological, social, and physical function scores were higher than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing rehabilitation intervention can improve the neurological and motor dysfunction, and the quality of life in stroke patients,,which is worthy of clinical application.
