Objective To analyze the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with Escitalopram Oxalate in the treatment of male post schizophrenia depression and its impact on cognitive function. Methods From October 2017 to November 2018,100 male patients with post schizophrenia depression in Kangning Hospital of Chaoyang City,Liaoning Province were selected as the study objects. They were divided into the observation group (n=55) and the control group (n=45) by the random number table method. The control group was treated with Escitalopram Oxalate, and the observation group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with Escitalopram Oxalate. The treatment effect was compared, the scores of negative and positive symptom scale (PANSS),Loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment (LOTCA) and life quality before and after treatment were recorded, and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was counted between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (94.55% vs.80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the PANSS and LOTCA scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group ([39.23±4.77],[36.49±5.19]points) were lower than those in the control group ([51.19±4.91],[45.78±5.09]points),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of motivation and energy ([28.12±3.29]points),psychosocial ([18.19±3.02]points),symptoms and adverse reactions ([20.12±4.09]points) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ([34.12±3.69],[23.15±3.09],[26.24±4.82]points),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (5.45%) was lower than that in the control group(22.22%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with Escitalopram Oxalate in the treatment of male post schizophrenia depression can effectively improve the cognitive function and quality of life of patients, and reduce adverse reactions, the effect is ideal, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
