知信行健康宣教在盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产患者中的应用

摘要目的探讨知信行健康宣教在盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产患者中的应用效果，为临床先兆早产患者的制订护理方案提供参考依据。方法选取2017年9月～2019年9月厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院治疗的84例先兆早产患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组，每组各42例。两组采用盐酸利托君治疗，对照组运用常规护理干预，研究组实施知信行健康宣教，两组均干预7 d。比较两组干预前后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、生活质量[生存质量测定量表简表（QOL-BREF）]及患者满意度。结果干预后，研究组的SAS 与SDS评分低于对照组，QOL-BREF评分高于对照组，护理满意度优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产患者中实施知信行健康宣教可缓解其负面情绪，提高生活质量及患者满意度，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of knowledge,letter,practice and health education in the treatment of patients with threatened preterm delivery with Ritodrine Hydrochloride,and to provide reference for the clinical nursing program of patients with threatened preterm delivery.Methods A total of 84 patients with threatened prematurity who were treated in Xinglin Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group.All patients were treated with Ritodrine Hydrochloride,the control group also used conventional nursing intervention,and the study group implemented health education and education for 7 days.Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores,quality of life (summary of quality of life measurement scale [QOL-BREF]) and patient satisfaction before and after intervention between the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the QOL-BREF scores were higher than those of the control group,and satisfaction was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of Ritodrine Hydrochloride in patients with threatened premature birth,the implementation of health education on knowledge,belief and behavior can relieve their negative emotions,improve the quality of life and patient satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
