Effect of stroke unit nursing model on rehabilitation of cerebralvascnlar accident patients with dysphagia

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of stroke unit nursing model on the rehabilitation of stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,98 patients with stroke dysphagia treated in Dalian Port Hospital,Liaoning Province were selected.They were divided into reference group and experimental group by the random digital table method,49 cases in each group.The patients in reference group were applied of routine nursing mode,included with the environmental nursing,knowledge education,nutrition guidance,nasal feeding nursing and medication nursing.The model of stroke unit nursing was applied in the experimental group.After 4 weeks of intervention,the rehabilitation effect of dysphagia in the two groups was compared,and the total nursing satisfaction of the patients was investigated by questionnaire.Results The effective rate of rehabilitation of dysphagia in the experimental group was 91.84%,which was higher than that in the reference group (77.55%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Nursing total satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.92%,which was higher than that of the reference group (83.67%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Stroke dysphagia has a great influence on the daily life of patients.The application of stroke unit nursing mode in the stroke is helpful to promote the rehabilitation of dysphagia and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
