Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of intensive care model on the symptoms, intestinal flora and recurrence rate of children with acute diarrhea. Methods A total of 100 children with acute diarrhea admitted to the Fuzhou First People′s Hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the routine group and the intervention group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group. The routine group adopts conventional nursing mode, and the intervention group adopts intensive nursing mode. The clinical symptom relief time, intestinal flora, and disease recurrence rate were compared between the two groups after intervention. Results The antidiarrheal time, antipyretic time, stool time and hospitalization days of the intervention group were shorter than those of the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the intervention group had more lactobacillus and bifidobacteria groups than those of the routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The recurrence rate and total complication rate of the intervention group after 2 and 3 months were lower than those of the routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention for children with acute diarrhea can effectively shorten the remission time of clinical symptoms, increase the intestinal lactobacillus and bifidobacteria, and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
