Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of predictive comprehensive nursing mode on the fall and fall of stroke patients.Methods A total of 60 stroke patients in Fuzhou First People′s Hospital, Jiangxi Province from September 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases) by random sample.The observation group was given predictive comprehensive nursing mode, and the control group was given routine nursing mode.The total incidence of falls, bed fall and complaints, nursing total satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing, the total incidence of falls, bed falling and complaints in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive comprehensive nursing model for stroke patients can effectively reduce the occurrence of falls and falling off bed events, and further improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients.
