Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of electric stimulation on dysphagia after stroke (CVA).Methods Fifty patients with post-CVA dysphagia admitted to our hospital from January to June 2018 were enrolled.According to the serial number assigned during the patient consultation, the odd-number group method was used to divide into observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training. The observation group was treated with electrical stimulation on the basis of rehabilitation training. After one course of treatment (20 days), the treatment effect and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Electric stimulation is effective in the treatment of dysphagia after CVA, which can effectively improve the dysphagia caused by CVA and reduce the probability of complications. Therefore, it is worthy to be selected by hospitals at all levels according to the actual situation of patients.
