Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of progressive early rehabilitation training and nursing on patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) mechanical ventilation. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent mechanical ventilation in the ICU of Dongguan People′s Hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional nursing, the observation group was given the progressive early rehabilitation training nursing based on that. The two groups were evaluated for one-time offline success rate, mechanical ventilation time, hospital stay, pain score, the medical research council to assess patient muscle strength.Grips were used to assess the patient′s upper limb grip,Barthel scoring standard to assess patients′ self-care ability. Results The observation group′s one-off offline success rate was higher than that in the control group, the pain score was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),and the mechanical ventilation time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05);the observation group′s muscle strength and grip strength scores were higher than those of the control group, the Barthel score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of progressive early rehabilitation training for patients with SAP mechanical ventilation can not only shorten mechanical ventilation and hospital stay, but also effectively improve the quality of life of patients, which has certain clinical value.
