Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of limb rehabilitation training in patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia.Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia admitted to Fuzhou First People′s Hospital from January 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group ( 30 cases） and the observation group ( 30 cases) according to the random single and double number method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received physical rehabilitation training.The psychological status,physical function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The adverse psychological score of the observation group at 3 and 6 weeks after intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The adverse psychological scores of the two groups at 3 and 6 weeks after intervention were lower than those before intervention (P＜0.05).The adverse psychological scores in the two groups at 6 weeks after intervention were lower than those at 3 weeks after intervention (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in limb function score between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).The limb function scores of the observation group at 3 and 6 weeks after intervention were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The limb function scores of the two groups at 3 and 6 months after intervention were lower than those before intervention(P＜0.05).The limb function score of the two groups at 6 weeks after intervention was lower than that at 3 weeks after intervention (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group after 4 weeks of intervention was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The scores of quality of life in the two groups after 4 weeks of intervention were higher than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Physical rehabilitation training for patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiparalysis can effectively improve the effect of intervention,limb function and quality of life,reduce adverse psychology,has clinical application value.
