Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of emergency nursing procedures in first aid for patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods A total of 78 ACI patients admitted to the first people′s Hospital of Fuzhou City from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (39 cases) and the observation group (39 cases). The control group used traditional nursing care.Based on the control group, the observation group used emergency care procedures to compare the efficiency of first aid and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. In addition, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) was used to assess the degree of neurological impairment in the two groups. Results The referral time and triage evaluation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of health knowledge, disease stability rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of emergency nursing process intervention for ACI patients can improve the efficiency of first aid and treatment, and the satisfaction of patients is high.
