Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing on improving the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.Methods A total of 86 patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension treated in Benxi Jinshan Hospital,Liaoning Province from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups with odd and even numbers,in which the odd number was the control group (43 cases),and the even number was the observation group (43 cases).The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The quality of life scale (SF-36) score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The blood pressure indexes of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing in patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension has good effect,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
