Abstract:Objective To explore application effect of online screening tool for the assessment of malnutrition in paediatrics(STAMP)scale in the screening of risk of malnutrition in children.Methods The clinical data of 200 children who accepted online screening toolforthe assessment of malnutritionin pediatrics (STAMP) scale to assess the risk of malnutrition and hospitalized in Pingxiang People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province from October 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and included in the observation group,in addition,the clinical data of 200 hospitalized children with routine nursing intervention in Pingxiang People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province during the same period were collected and included in the control group.The nursing compliance,parents′ mastery of health knowledge and parents′ nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups.Results The total excellent and good rate of compliance of children in the observation group(83.00%)was higher than that in the control group(50.50%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).After the end of intervention,the mastery of health knowledge of parents of children in the observation group(93.50%)was better than that in the control group(32.00%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).The parents′nursing satisfaction of children in the observation group(91.50%)was higher than that in the control group(53.50%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Online STAMP scale was used to screen the risk of malnutrition in hospitalized children,and corresponding nutritional intervention was given,which is helpful to improve the mastery of health knowledge of parents,and the nursing satisfaction is relatively high,can provide an important reference for quickly investigating the malnutrition risk of hospitalized children and improving the nursing effect of children′s nutrition and health care.
