Abstract:Objective To explore the application of ultra-early rehabilitation nursing in patients with brain stem injury.Methods The clinical data of 71 patients with brainstem injury in Shangrao People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province from March 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,patients were divided routine the control group (n=35) and the observation group (n=36).The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given routine nursing+ultra-early rehabilitation nursing.Both groups were intervened for 4 weeks.The limb motor function,nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer exercise scale were compared between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).After intervention,the Fugl-Meyer exercise scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can reduce the occurrence of complications in patients with brain stem injury,improve the limb motor function and nursing satisfaction of patients.
