Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive evidence-based intervention model on the mental state and risk of complications of patients after general surgery.Methods A total of 120 postoperative patients in the Department of General Surgery,First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou from June 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group (n=60) and observation group (n=60) according to random drawing method.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given comprehensive evidence-based intervention model.The scores of quality of life scale (SF-36),self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and selfrating depression scale (SDS),total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results SF-36 score of patients in the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group,while SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive evidence-based intervention model for patients after general surgery can reduce the negative emotions of patients,reduce the complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
