Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of anatomical locking plate in the treatment of comminuted olecranon fractures. Methods A total of 82 patients with ulnar olecranon comminuted fractures admitted to Liaoyang Liaohua Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with an olecranon dissection plate. The group was treated with anatomical locking plate, and the operation-related indexes, fracture healing time, elbow recovery effect and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in intraoperative bleeding, operation time and fracture healing time(P >0.05).The postoperative elbow joint function recovery rate(95.12%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(78.05%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of patients in the observation group(4.88%)was lower than that of the control group(17.07%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Satisfaction of psychology for medical students is generally high.Optimizing the curriculum, integrating the faculty, enriching the teaching and assessment methods, and adjusting the teaching materials may have positive effect on improvement of the quality of psychological education in clinical medical students.
