优质护理方案在前壁软骨切除联合分区引流治疗耳廓假性囊肿患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨优质护理方案在前壁软骨切除联合分区引流治疗耳廓假性囊肿患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年11月～2019年11月广东省东莞市黄江医院收治的100 例耳廓假性囊肿患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各50 例。两组均用前壁软骨切除联合分区引流治疗方案，观察组采用优质护理，对照组采用常规护理。比较两组的临床治疗总有效率，术后恢复情况、并发症总发生率及护理质量。结果观察组的术后恢复总有效率高于对照组，并发症总发生率低于对照组，护理总满意度高于对照组，护理质量评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对前壁软骨切除联合分区引流术治疗耳廓假性囊肿患者，需要在围术期辅以优质护理方案护理，改善患者术后恢复效果，降低并发症总发生率，提高护理质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing program in the treatment of auricle pseudocyst with anterior wall cartilage resection combined with regional drainage.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019，100 patients with auricle pseudocysts admitted in Dongguan Huangjiang Hospital were selected as the sample，and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method，50 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with anterior wall cartilage resection combined with regional drainage treatment.The observation group used high-quality nursing programs and the control group used conventional nursing programs.The total clinical treatment efficiency，total postoperative recovery,total incidence of complications and quality of care of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of postoperative recovery in the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group，the total nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group，and the nursing quality score was higher than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion For patients undergoing anterior wall cartilage resection combined with regional drainage to treat auricle pseudocysts，it is necessary to supplement the nursing with high-quality nursing programs during the perioperative period to improve the postoperative recovery effect，reduce the incidence of complications，and improve the quality of nursing.
