Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway intervention in children infusion nursing. Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,200 pediatric infusion patients admitted to Beijing Aerospace General Hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into reference group and observation group,100 cases in each group. The observation group was intervened by clinical nursing route, and the reference group was treated by routine nursing. The compliance, pain.residual amount of liquid medicine and the recognition and satisfaction of the family members of the two groups were compared. Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of children in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group, the residual amount of drug solution was less than that in the control group, the infusion compliance score and the awareness of family members were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the family members in reference group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of 97.00%(97/100)was higher than that of 90.00%(90/100)in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path intervention can effectively improve the nursing effect of children infusion, and improve the nursing satisfaction of children′s families.
